Z800i vs K750i – The better one? |

Currently I’ve a Z600 which I love to bits. I chose it ultimately for three reasons: it’s Sony Ericsson; it’s a clamshell; and it’s tri-band.
Now … there are these two lovely phones coming out … but which, which, which?!
What I like about the Z800i is that it’s a clamshell phone. It’s one of the major reasons I chose the Z600 – I didn’t want the screen to get damaged, etc. – and so far the Z600 has been a great choice because my screen is as good as new.
But … the K750i is smaller, sleeker, and IMO a MUCH better looking phone; and I presume it will be cheaper than the Z800i because it’s not 3G. I also like the fact it’s a radio at the same time.
So, what are the major differences between the two phones other than one clamshell, the other block, one 3G and the other not?
And which would be the recommended phone?

not much diffirence.
i would go for the Z800. 3G is the future so why go for 2G
With Ericsson and Nokia gone: we must keep their spirits alive and buy JOLLA or YOTA |

All you need to do is ask yourself "do i need 3G" ?
If the answer is yes, get the Z800i, if the answer is no, get the K750i.
For me, camera quality matters more than 3G speed, so its an easy choice of buying the K750i over the Z800i and poor camera.

everything is the same in feature wise.... except Z800 has 1.3MP and K750 is 2MP... But Z800 has 3G and K750 doesnt. Tats it basically! However K750 has the new port connector.. if tat really matters... I wud go for Z800... as u like clamshell and more features as in video calls... but if ur particualr about pic quality then go for K750..

One key thing to consider is if you are really going to be using your PHONE as a camera as well. Personally, I realize that it is a phone, a phone, a phone that happens to have a 2 megapixel camera inside. If I want to take pictures, I use my 7 megapixel camera. Same with music, I use my iPod with the camera connector. You will get people here that will complain that that the phone should be 5 megapixel and have a 1 gig storage, all for the low, low price of 100 Euros, but the truth is, if you require 3G, and like the clam shell, then go for the z800. I have both a s700i(three weeks old), and a v800 (soon to be z800) and am in the process of getting rid of the s700 because I like the v800 as my everyday phone. |
