however, I am still (dissapointly) waiting for the developer club to make them available when they are supposed to be available "early" as described in the core membership details (of which I am a member)

Interesting

My upgrade on Orange is due in June so that would be perfect timing!

I emailed SE about when the phones would be coming out and they didn't have any info for me?!

Useless eh!?

Im wondering how many developers actually purchase through there. I get the distinct impression many of the members there already work for the repective departments and already have early dibs on the phone for testing etc so dont bother purchasing at all.

I say that meerly because thats the first I have heard of the developers club in months! Shame as when the P900 people were gagging to get membership just to have the phone first.

probably true. I only got my membership to get the P910 because I ended up paying about £20 more to get the phone a few weeks early compared with the best initial sim free prices but haven't used it since.

The only other phone I could have got early was the S700 but I have never had an interest in that one

I was kinda hoping the K750 would be the second phone to make it worthwhile before my 1st year membership ends in a few months

fingers crossed now for http://www.nowicom.com who have done me good in the past

edit: I now get the feeling "early" means "early for the US market" since these phones are shipped from USA

Amen to that mate, been checking the "dev shop" ten times a day at least, but still nothing....

Man, that was a major part of convincing to join the club in first place....

even if fatreg's info is correct though, there is nothing that will make me buy a branded K750... I'd rather wait

This guys is saying the D750 will be out a whole month before the K750.

"With this new handset comes a worrying trend, T-Mobile in the UK have the exclusive on this handset when it’s released in a few weeks time, but only for a month, after which, Vodafone and 02 will start to have the handset available to their contract customers.

There are officially only two colours available on this handset, Oxidized Black (pictured) and Blasted Silver, but I know different. There is to be a light blue variant that will only ever be available to T-Mobile customers, in fact this is the colour they will ship for their first month, making it a true exclusive to buy the handset from T-Mobile."

and also it will be light blue. Do you think he needs to check his sources?
