wallpaper wont work with new theme on s700 |

ok i downloaded this theme: http://gallery.mobile9.com/f/12980/ to my phone and everything works fine except for the wallpaper portion of it... i just get a blank white screen. not the xp grassy hill... and then when i go to "wallpaper" in the settings and change it to "theme" it still stays white... it also wont let me put any other pictures on the desktop except for a couple of the animated ones.. i just get this message that says "cannot use file"..
wahts going on here?

dunno... are you running out of memory? 
It loads perfectly fine on my phone, with wallpaper and everything.
