...but i really can't get it..
Is there somewhere to download SE s700i Firmware or isn't it ?
I know this topic will be moved/removed but please answere or direct me to a post with information because I just can't find it...
I'd like a Unbranded firmware so I can get rid of the enoying TELIA-brand all over the phone.

go to www.sonyericsson.com and support. choose your product and region. then select the update option.... you need a DSS25 for the same.

These requirements must be fulfilled in order to successfully update your device.
I have a PC with at least a Pentium 133 with 32 MB RAM or more - a Pentium II 233 with at least 64MB RAM is recommended
The operating system on my PC is one of the following: Windows 98SE, ME, 2000 (SP3 required) or XP (SP1 required)
I have installed and connected a SyncStation to my PC - not all SyncStations supports this service. The label on the bottom of your SyncStation should say DSS-20 or DSS-25.
I have installed Driver for the DSS-20 OR DSS-25. The driver can be found here

gah, i get to the part where i'm accepting the LicenseAgreement... then it's supposed to download some shit :S but i cant see it do that..and then it just kicks me back to the "Welcome to SEs updateservice.." |

wtf, no i've installed SyncStation and reb00ted, and now when i try to update it whines about "No SyncStation Found" :S:S:S:S:S Heeelp

Make sure you have your firewall turned off. Close all applications. I find that the Netscape browser or Opera works better than Microshit Internet Exposer (I hate MS by the way).
