Hi!

10.04pm and just saw an o2 advert on the TV.... that said

'reward customers', not just new customers, blah, blah crap ,......

absolutely nothing made clear... just to visit your local o2 store...

Argh.... repeated..

Pay and go.. 10% back.. text reward to 502....

this is nothing new!!
in the sim packs i got with the last lot of free sims i got it said existing customers could get £50 of credit if they ring a number off thier old sim then ring it again from thier new sim. doing it disconnects the old number.
is it just me or is it a way to get rid of the old genie, U, etc numbers? ie. the loss leading tarrifs?

Sounds too good to be true!

Edited For Wappers;

10% back on all your top-ups every three months

We think it's about time our existing customers were rewarded for their loyalty. After all, it's not only new customers who should feel special and wanted, is it?

So from April 1st we're giving every Pay & Go customer 10% back on all top-ups every three months. So, if you top-up £50, you'll get £5 free calltime at the end of the quarter.

(example)
Top-up in... April, May, June...
And you'll get 10% back in July

Here's very simply how...

Text REWARD to 50202 and start earning today.

Every time you top-up, you'll be earning 10% back and we'll text you to tell you how much free calltime you've built up and how to claim it at the end of the quarter.

If you simply can't wait to find out how much you're earning, text BALANCE to 50202 anytime and we'll let you know.

The more you top-up, the more you get back. There's no minimum top-up or time limits and the maximum you can get back is £150 a quarter, so that's up to £600 a year.

Just text REWARD to 50202 and make loyalty more rewarding.

Also the 3G handsets were reduced, The Nokia 6630 that was £99.99 is now £19.99, and the other 3G handsets are free.
I ordered a 6630 lastnight on 3G contract

'Loyalty to Pay and Go customers'...

They already do this! Last year in November me and my sister got money off and offers when buying a new Pay and Go handset (or a Pay and Go Upgrade). I woz well chuffed wen i went to buy my new fone, didn't realise and never heard that they did this at the time. Instead of paying £150 for my K500i, i paid £120 and got £20 free credit. After buying mine, my sister decided to buy a new phone cuz of the offer and rewards, she got money off and got £50 free credit! However cuz it's an upgrade your expected to use your current O2 sim chip and so they'll take out the new sim out of the box from the new phone you're going to buy.

But it all depends on you, before purchasing a fone they'll check their systems for your number and bring up what offers are available to you. The O2 sales rep said 'One factor is the more you top-up, the better the rewards...'.

Get topping-up guys!!!

for the guys that think that o2 already do this offer, sorry your wrong. This is a new offer. Each one of the offers are separate. You can have each of them. this new offer is just more extra "free" money we can claim back from o2.

You can this new extra top up credit which applies to everyone, even low top uppers
You can also have an offer of topping up £30 quid a month and getting free 300 anyone offpeak minutes (best for high users)
You can have the upgrade offer where you get free credit depending on how much you have topped up since your last upgrade.
You can also have the "regular" offer each year when during october, november, december you get and extra 10% of that credit added to you balance in january following.
In think thats all. I think o2 are the best network out there for rewarding its PAYG, pity I am on contract, but i must say their new 1 month SIM only contracts are looking a great option for me in august

I just wish they would sort out their current email support as it has gotten realy sh!t over the last year.

All got text replies to say, welcome.
