@boyi: You definately need R6A on T68 to use the effects. See here:

or here

or in many other threads.

@ egg: Go for BT. A BT dongle is just as cheap as IR.

@Boyi> Whereabouts is the servicepoint you go to in staffs? I used to live in Burton on trent till about 5 months ago, and my nearest servicepoint was CRC UK in Sandiacre near Nottingham (not so far to go now I live in Nottingham!). Just wondered out of interest really.

@All> I find the picture quality more than acceptable with my MCA-20. In good light, pictures are sharp and well defined, while colour remains very true. My S55 takes good pictures too, flash is an added bonus, but when not using the flash in low light conditions, it has a bit of a reddish tint to it. Obviously using the flash stops this from happening and gives good quality pictures, comparable with the MCA-20, if not quite as sharp.
Below are some comparisons:

This first one was taken at work, moderate light with MCA20

This one was also at work, but outside in good light, again with MCA20

This was in poor light with MCA20

This is a pic of my girlfriends mate, taken with S55 cam using flash in poorly lit pub

The next is my girlfriend in the pub, with no flash used on S55 cam
(notice slight reddish tint to pic)

Finally, this one. Outdoors, with S55 no flash, good light.

i've tried mca25 and the refresh rate is faster than mca20. it comes with less memory than mca20 coz the effects eats up the space. i'm just wondering if the mca25 saves/transfers the picture faster than the mca20.
