Yes maybe but this phone has bee out for a while and looking at the phone this thread is actually about.
Japan will always get the finer things. Just like "100MB" home bradband!

It doesnt matter, the next S700i will probably take its design from that phone, remodelled for the rest of the world and have up to date features fitted. I look forward to it.
I wouldnt say Japan have everything more fine, i have family and friends in Japan, and in many ways they're quite far behind other countries. They only exceed technologically.

Just as a matter of interest Etaab, what other ways would you say they were behind?
I think any evolution of the S700i will more that likely be first and foremost a cameraphone. So I would rule out it being geared towards music. If the W31s was released over here then it would probably be called W300 to go with the Walkman branding. |

Just had to say we've got that here in Sweden too ;P
The phone looks quite cool but as someone stated abit cheap, it looks too plastic I think. |

erm.. and it doesn't have to axxxr. Since i'm sure they'll keep up the fine tradition of not directly releasing jp models to anywhere else. 
I'd like to see something like that remote though for the W800i.. though a lil thinner with an lcd (kinda like a remote version of the hbh-200) |
