se k700 vs nokia 6600 |

i am getting my k700 soon but my friends are urging me to get a 6600. Am i making a good decision with k700?i see lots of review sites telling me 6600 is better. and im a bit paranoid about my k700 being '1 in a 1000' and starts going crazy. Can someone calm me down?please!?anyone!? |

It would depend on whether you really need the smartphone capabilities of the 6600. If going for the same price, i would opt for the nokia. Because its better value for money. Do you need a smartphone? If no- go for the K700! Gr8 phone!

hmm, the 6600 is a good option if you have big pockets ... No seriusly, i would take the K700 rather than the 6600, it looks like a oversized toy or something!
The K700 is a realy nice phone  |

nope i just want the phone for camera and mp3 and phone. Unless thats what a smart phone is!?the 6600 looks like it has been puuled out of a car wreck tho |

You seem to be more of a K700 sort of guy. Get one! You won't be disappointed!

The K700 isnt a good choice if you are going to use it as mp3 player, the memory is very limited. But with the 6600 you can extend the memory with memory card. Why dont go for a S700 instead?  U can buy mine... hehe |

All upto you! I would go for the 6600 because of the fact that it enables me to browse multiple sites simultaneously using different browsers. I don't bother about the camera and stuff. If you're using the K700 as an mp3 player, the 41 mb won't be adequate.

But the 6600 has no inbuilt MP3 player. You would have to purchase one or get a cracked one from somewhere

Yeah, buy a K700 and an small mp3 player The combo will still be smaller than the 6600! |

Correct me if im wrong, but doesnt the 6600 only have mono sound output ? so even with expandable memory, MP3's will still sound pretty crap unless you are partially deaf ! 
I'd go for the K700i, unless you really need the smartphone capabilities rather than want them.

I reckon you meant mono etaab. Anyways as stated here by etaab 6600 is worthless for music playback and the speakers have abysmal output. Also dont forget k7 has radio so infinite music+in around 15mb i easily store 1hr+ of above average quality music and its a pleasure listening to it through k7's headphones/speakers. Camera and display is also better so i guess the k7 does both things you need much better coz its small and much faster as well. |

6600 has mono sound output only. The sound is really awfull. K700 has true stereo sound output equipped with 5 band equalizer and it multitasks too. Try to use mp4 kind of file. With the same bit rate mp4 sounds better than mp3.
