seems like an innovative idea, kinda cool. Never heard of it, i doubt BT can handle streaming video also, if so, it would be very slow |

Not so plain and not so simple.
What software would you use to handle it. BT is not fast enough to handle it. You would need software to take the BT stream and insert it into an application. |

Well you can use a K700 as a static webcam, I don't know about S700. |

i've read somewhere (couldn't remember where though) that you can't use a mobile as a web cam because, as the article says, the mobile manufacturers would directly compete with the ISP's and other internet companies, impinging on technological rights or sometrhing. i'll try to look for the said article and try to post it. and also, streaming videos would be crawling speeds on bt... |

Static webcam?
How is this done. It would still require user intervention. Someone would have to press the shutter and send the images to the PC over BT. Is this the static part?
Sorry but this is not a very elegant idea, and I do not see this working other than to simply send images and then posting them to the web.

One picture does not PROVE that you have a fully functional s700 transmitting data over a BT connection as a web camera. Sorry but you have to do better than this.
How about posting a streaming link or something that someone can verify?
