Fax on K700i or T68i

Now I'm trying to do the same with my new K700i, but the software says that the phone is not a Class 2 nor Class 2.0 fax modem. Can someone advise me how to work-around this problem? Also, I can send fax using T68i but cannot receive. The software is ready to receive but does not seem to answer the fax call. Can someone advise me why I can't receive?
