Hi All,

I recently updated my Orange K700 using the update service that came back online for branded phones on 31st Jan.

I have just noticed a really weird bug, and I don't think it has been reported yet.

If, from standby mode I go to a contact who's name happens to be Tom then his details are there.

However if I try to send a text message using the address book lookup or even copy this to the SIM card then this contact is not there?!!!

Any ideas?

I dunno if this is it and its been a while since I used a K700... but do you have a mobile number stored for this contact?

I have a home and mobile stored for this contact. The same scenario occurs for another contact called Tom G too.

OK that's good. Also happened with another one now too....I'm checking them all.

I'll try doing a full sync now.

I have an Orange K7 and have heard of a guy updating his O2 one.

Master reset and Full sync seemed to have done the trick.

I wonder if that is a bug in the R2AE firmware or just because I updated using the SEUS?

Is there an Orange branded version of R2AE or has it come up with unbranded firmware?
