I think i have the Caribe virus on my k700i!!! Anyway to get rid of it???

my understanding is that Caribe only affect symbian series 60 phones so you should not see this in the K700

what symptoms are you seeing?

what makes u think so ? cabire affects only s60 symbians as far as i know .

i keep on gettin continous requests to download an application which is 15kb in size. i think i am recieving this through my bluetooth!!!

where it was also thought to be this caribe virus but there seems to be no outcome to that yet

The cabir virus only affects s60 doesn't it?My nokia has got antivirus fitted anyway...And even if the virus is installed,its easy enough to get rid.

Even if it did arrive on your phone it could not run since it is a symbian app, now if it were a Java app it probably still couldn't do anything harmful as the Java on the K700 is very restricted in terms of accessing the phone directly!
