It is on some chinese website, you can get it here:
For P910
For P908
There are two links at the page! click the higher link! which is something like this: 软件下载
I wouldn´t recommend it on GPRS! but on a ADSL throught PC and bluetooth it is great!

@gardar,
I've recently acquired a USB Bluetooth Dongle, and i have both a P900 and a P910.
I'm interested in this TV Streaming, i'd like to watch MTV on my phone, perhaps it's possible to watch two different channels on the phones?
Could you please explain to me on how to get the P900/910 paired with the PC and access through the net?
Also.. do you know how to sync through Bluetooth?
You seem to know what you're doing so i thought i'd ask.
Cheers

yup, you can get a lot of channels... you need a registered account to the program and I can let you use mine... (to esato moderators - this is not a buyed code! this is only registered from the developers homepage).
You connect your phone throught Bluetooth to your PC and use your PC internet connection!
What you do is pair your PC to the bluetooth serial port on your computer (you need to make a connection attemt from the PC) and then make sure that your PC suite is connected to the phone. (mine is connected to Port7). And now when your phone and PC are connected, you can use some applets that are able to use such connection! Jmsn does it and Opera browser etc. most programs are ale to, but not the inbuilt web browser. Just try to Open opera when the PC and phone are connected and open any page!
it should work if they are connected and your internet connection is enabled! just be sure that no firewall blocks your PCsuite from connecting to the internet. My firewall (sygate) asked me...
hope that helps...

At this time there are 4 live channels.
1. Dragon TV in Shanghai
"rtsp://218.108.28.227:9090/?ptype=1&pid=1104&sid=2&rid=1&sp=100&fmt=264"
2. CCTV-5
"rtsp://211.138.113.124:9090/?ptype=1&pid=215035&sid=401&rid=1&sp=100&fmt=264"
3. Phoenix TV
"rtsp://211.138.113.124:9090/?ptype=1&pid=959&sid=401&rid=1&sp=100&fmt=264"
4. Guangdong TV
"rtsp://218.108.28.227:9090/?ptype=1&pid=1049&sid=2&rid=2&sp=100&fmt=264"
The programs are in Chinese, Dragon TV got some English programs on Saturdays and daily English News at 6:35am local time.
Guangdong TV is streamed at 5fps, the others are 1fps.
There is also a Windows Media Player Plugin that allows you to play fondo files in your PC. Download Here.
You cannot open rtsp streams directly from WMP, you have to create a metafile with a .fsx extension with
the following tags
<FSX><Entry><Ref>
rtsp://.... whatever ...
</Ref></Entry></FSX>
then open this file in WMP. (The .fsx file works in your phone too)
Enjoy!
