How these stickers work as they work when we call sombody or when signal is recieved or sent do they affect phone signal reception

They won't affect your phones signal.
I think they're activated by higher levels of the electro-magnetic radiation when the phone is in a call or receives a message etc. The same thing u can hear interfere with speakers

there was a fad couple kf years ago when EVERYONE who had a nokia 3210 had these stickers. apparently they took the radiation away from you as well. (is it any surprise that 3210 owners belived something as stoopid as that?)

Those gimmicks work on frequency radiation, when a call is received or placed the RF (radio frequency) circuitry is activated @ higher levels...this picks up on those levels and then powers up the flashing LED's.
They most likely had an antenna to pick up those frequencies.
Totally stupid in my opinion, serves no real purpose! If you want to reduce radiation, carry a bag of sugar around with you (i mean 1-2,5kg bags) and put it between u and the transciever (transmitter/receiver) but then that would be pointless since u will not be able to have conversation.
I absorbs some of the radiation.
Best is use a handsfree kit.
