hangup Joined: Jan 17, 2005 Posts: 2 PM	Posted: 2005-01-17 20:42 Nokia 6820 I thought its 900/1800/1900 mhz frequency based on the following site http://www.esato.com/phones/index.php/phone=142 But, some other sites are giving its 850/1800/1900 now I'm confused, I have ordered these from cingular thinking that it will work on 900/1800/1900 (most of India works on 900). So what are the actual specs. I have looked onliine. If I unlock it then will it work on 900 or not. If not then it is waste of money for me. Please advise.

The problem with Nokia is that they mfg. the same phone for different operators without redesignating the phone. For instance the T630 has 900/1800/1900 the T637 (same phone) has 850/1800/1900 band. Nokia does not do that.
