heyy
my mom has a t610,shes had it for maybe 8 months, and she will talk on it for about 2 minutes, and it will shut off. it will act like the battery dies, but it doesnt. it will turn off, then restart its self... i know you all are probobly gonna say firmware upgrade... but we live in orlando fl usa... its not that easy here... and she doesnt wanna hafta pay anything really... does anyone knwo whats wrong with it??
shes saying she lost it and is getting a new one from cingular... shes givin me the old one, but i still wanna fix it

Maybe you should give SE a ring as it should still be covered under 12month gaurantee. It could also be possable to take it to a phone repair shop as they may fix it for you under the gaurantee(make sure you ask first lol) as in the UK the carphone warehouse does.

weird, that in orlando its so hard ( as @east mentioned ) to solve such a problem...

but i know orlando is a big city, but i have noooo idea where a SE service center is! i really dont think there is one around... if there was, id be in heaven lol
is there a way i can tell if there is one here?

Did your phone come a warranty card? There are numbers of SE's service centres on it.
