IMHO the S700 is still priced too high and still not a price I would feel comfortable with for such a phone

@masseur
I'd agree, but you can be assured that with this pice drop, you can expect the competition to start doing something about it, S700 cheaper, so Samsung might have something to do about its D500...

It is because, its a phone.
With a megapixel camera, thats no justification for an extra 100 quid on the price!
The sharp gx30 is 220 pounds. comes with megapixel camera etc. yes, we know is better. so lets add on 50 quid for the better features. thats 270 quid. WHERE DOES THE EXTRA 100 QUID COME FROM!
the s700i is STILL priced too high on Paygo/sim free!

yeah I just can't get past the fact that its not much more than a bigger K700 with a better camera
you know me, I usually get every top level SE phone going but I just don't consider this worthy, but thats just my preference

@Vanquish
I'm not sure the S700 is even on PAYG.........
With this drop, perhaps more than just orange will offer the K700 on PAYG, we want O2, no branding bliss!!!:)
