Z1010 Crashing |

Hi, I'm trying to sync my Z1010 with mobile manager software on my pc, I've tried the float fma software and the mobtime software, however upon transfering my phone book to my pc, the phone always crashes (turns it self off for a few seconds then restarts) thus disrupting the transfer.
Was woundering if anyone else has had the same problem or know of any way to fix it? Thanks |

I've got the sme phone and I've tried the same, but mine doesn't crash ... Dunno much about it, but I believe your only option is to get new firmware .. |

my Z1010 shuts down when I enter an elevator. It seems that this is only happening when I lose my 3G signal. is this a known issue? Any fix? |
