how can i know that i am connected to the DSS-25. In my computer properties it show that my DSS-25 is connected as DSS-20?
It was connected to COM3. I cannot change it to COM3 in Davinci software?....

I just had mine upgraded to r2ae the other day using DaVinci and am really satisfied with the phone's performance after the upgrade!  Is it possible for you guys to add a test acct w/ no credit so we can test and read CID? (for some time TMS had that option.)

it will say power fone as you are not using a usb powered cable.
if you need credits or cables etc we are auth resellers of credits for davinci

Use the check button to scan for new ports.
The best way to install the patch is to copy the files manually as stated in install.bat file. I rebooted and when you do and run the davinci software with the phone off, try a read CID when it says power on the phone hold down the power button and watch the screen it should tell you it detected the dss-25. As soon as it appears let go the power button.

Hi, i have a dss-25 and an O2 branded k700i. Is it possible to unbrand it with the devinci software? i.e remove the start up shutdown screens etc so i am able update my firmware on the S.E website? I'm new to all this, Thanks. |

lowbass, yes, it is possible to debrand the O2 phones doing this, thats exactly what I did, worked great. |

I have two questions about Davinci:
1) Is the new firmware R2AG001 released at them yet (I don't have any credit left, so I can't check myself)?
2) If a K700i is flashed at Davinci with R2AE033 and the camera sound is removed during the finalisation and I thereafter update the phone at an ordinary update center to (for example) R2AG001, is the camera sound then still gone or does the update put it back?

I have a problem,i connect my dss-25,install the patch from Davinci for se DSS-25.
I have 2 credit,i connect my k700 without sim card.He say to me "power on the the phone" and nothing appends...about 30 minutes,nothing appends,he always say "power on the phone"...
Please help me |
