hello guys! can someone help me with my t310 because when i try to call somebody, the receiving party cannot hear me. i already tried to press mute and unmute while on call but still did not solve my problem. what seems to be the problem with this t310?help!! |

There might be some trouble with your mic. Does it happen with both outgoing and incoming calls? You can see if your mic is working with the service tests.

thanks for the reply. it both happens in outgoing and incoming calls, when in service test microphone menu, i just hear somewhat like a hiss sound. does this mean i have a problem with the microphone? what else can i do to correct this problem?thanks.... |

In the test you should hear yourself. If that's wrong, first try to upgrade the firmware and if still bad, go to service. (Because the mic, or the PCB is bad)
