I can see most of the smaller chains going the same way as Kwiksave and Shoprite, as the bigger chains slash prices to compete with each other

I shop wherever is most convenient at the time, it really doesnt bother me. All the different foods are grown or come from the same places anyway

I don't use supermarkets, although I do buy the occasional sandwich or box of sushi from Marks and Sparks.

I don't personally buy food, except for a few bits and pieces that I like myself, but we mostly shop at smaller shops e.g. butchers, fishmongers, cheesemongers, etc.

Well it turned into a mostly uk conversation so I don't think you will have many reply. Anyway, my shopping depends on where I am but mostly Delhaize, Gb, Colruyt, Carrefour and Match, anything sound familair ?

well, in this part.... foodworld and big bazaar are some good supermarkets. but of late, metro is really big in my city, cos the prices are really cheap and they have some awesome stuff!
