welcome to Esato

its hard for people to tell you which one is best to buy without you telling people what you are looking for in a phone.

I'll start you off by suggesting a review of these previous threads comparing these two devices

if you ask me the question which one i would buy? Nokia 9500 or SE P910i? my answer would be the Nokia 9500..

My reason? Well because the 9500 has certain features that P910i doesn't have.. But what P910i have, the 9500 has too..

P910i doesn't have these:
1. Integrated Wireless Lan (WLAN) <-- this is very useful!
2. USB 2.0 connectivity

however, if you ask me which one looks better.. most definitely the P910i!! hehe.. so i'm not bias to a single one.. i love them both.. but if you want it all, features and looks, go for XDA IIs!!!! if you want a more manly look but has the same features with XDA IIs, go for HP iPAQ h6365!!! (",)

as for me p9x is still better. yes 9500 has wlan but how often will you use wlan. both of them has the same quality pics. as for me if you want to call someone on your contact list but has 2 or more numbers you wont recognize easily which is their office phone home phone etc etc. the p900 has it's description on each phone numbers without opening the flip, as for the 9500 you need to open the contacts number inside the 9500 to view which is his number your going to call. Number description isn't accesible in the front panel.
this is a big plus on the p900.

I suggest you get an XDA2, it's very feature packed, very powerful. Has a better camera than the P900.

Oh look! there's an XDA2 for sale in my signature! what a coincendence!

The P910 is also the smallest device between the 3 mentions. The 9500 is a lot bigger... and I already find the P-series borderline huge! The XDA is a PDA w/ a phone built-in... and I personally think it's a dorky looking thing. Specially when you're on the phone. Looks really funny on people I see on it.

The problem with the XDA or any PPC based hybrid is that you can't text with one hand... that was the problem I had with the P800 when I used it without the keypad (the keypad just looked too ugly to keep)

The 9500 is just way too big for my liking. It looks and feels like those really old 1st gen Motorola brick phones. I guess it's cool if you REALLY need to use WiFi on a phone. Fun to have, but I'd much rather surf on a laptop if I'm on WiFi.

I'd recommend the P910... if you don't like it, I'd prefer the XDA over the 9500. Mainly due to its portability and form factor. I feel a touchscreen is easier to use on the move than the keyboard on the 9500. Although I use the thumbboard of the P910 a lot, I still find the stylus a lot more convenient.

You already have a p900? Why do you need a p910 then? I think the choice is clear.
