When I sync my K700 with the software supplied (Sync Station) with Outlook 2003 some (NOT ALL) appointments appear 1 hour earlier on the phone than the time they are entered in Outlook. It appears to occur only when appointments are entered in Outlook and then synchronised onto the phone, but some of the appointments appear at the correct time. I cannot identify a common factor for correct vs. 1 hour early appointments.

Some appointments are also duplicated, these appear to be appointments entered on the phone and the synchronised with Outlook but i'm not 100% sure.

Have you checked phone and PC are set to same time zone and one isn't in summer time?

Both the phone and the PC are set to "GMT +10" with daylight saving mode selected. Tried sync again this morning and still no joy! My friend also experiencing identical problem.

I've got exactly the same problem with a K700, latest firmware, latest version of Sync Station. Thinking smashing the phone and going back to my old Nokia 3100 will address the issue...

Well posting here proves that I'm using the search feature at least...

Anyway, this has happened to me with my K750i

I synced and all was fine.

I went abroad and had a text message offering to change my time zone from the friendly local telephone company. I gratefully accepted.

I came back to the UK and had to reset the time manually to local time (the operators here are thoughtless sons of bi...you know what).

All my appointments are now one hour late, despite regular syncing.

Is there a quick fix?

I have the same problem but on K750i not K700, and solved by
goto memu Tools->Option-> Calendar->Calendar option->Time zone
Make sure that 'Show an additional time zone' has that same GMT+x as 'Current time zone' even it is disable. If it's different, just enable it, change time zone to any but have the same GMT+x. Press OK. and go to timezone again, then disable.
Seem like this happended only outlook 2003. It's no harm to get a try.

Also had that problem in a T68.
Solved it by changing timezones and waiting for phone monitor to ask for a timezone sync. It worked for me.
