@jojo

Your suggestion has been noted, but as I have an extremely long list of people to interview at the moment, it may take some time before I get around to davo.

Unfortunately not, it is confidential. I respect my guests' right to privacy and it is also good for suspense if guests aren't advertised too far in advance.

Good evening and welcome to the couch. This evening I have the honour of chatting with one of the true Esato greats, a legend in his own time. He has lived through both the Golden Age of Esato as well as the Dark Age, but he is still here and tonight he will be sharing his memories with me. Please give a very warm couch welcome to arroyootje.

What is the best thing about Esato?

arroyootje says:
The best thing is that Esato is a group of people that all share the same intrests, therefore making it easy for people to find all the answers to their questions.

Who is your favourite member of Esato?

arroyootje says:
Very difficult question, i have many friends on Esato and most of them are from the time of T68m/i. Eamonn, jh67 Laffen, arnoldc, totonox...

Who is your favourite moderator?

arroyootje says:
Laffen of course

What is your favourite Esato moment?

arroyootje says:
When everyone was waiting for the T68i to be released and the software to make the t68m a t68i... That was the best!

What is your least favourite Esato moment?

arroyootje says:
When the garbage threads started and people just started making threads for the hell of it. That's made it more difficult to find the stuff you're actually looking for...

Being one of the oldest active Esatonians, you have seen a number of flame wars in your time, including the (in)famous 'Greek War', in which you actually posted; do you think current flame wars are as serious or as funny as the old flame wars?

arroyootje says:
Yeah, they can be. It depends who posts in them and what they are about obviously.

You were around during, arguably, the darkest moment in Esato's history, when it looked as if Esato would have to be shutdown; can you tell us what that was like?

arroyootje says:
It was a scary moment, I remember nights when I would just wake up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat...thinking that it had actually happened, luckily it never went that far and i have now began to build my life up again, after that horrible fright...

You must have seen many members come and go, is there anything about Esato that you miss?

arroyootje says:
The simplicity, you could easily look up esato on your phone and there would be a few extra pages, but now it all goes so fast and it's very difficult to keep up with...

Do you feel that Esato needs a new look?

arroyootje says:
I think it already has one and it's a nice one.

Which mobile are you currently using?

arroyootje says:
P910i and S700i

Which mobile are you most looking forward to?

arroyootje says:
The next version of the P910i

Do you have a message for Esato?

arroyootje says:
Yeah, keep on going for many years to come!!!

Best regards,

ARROYOOTJE

Thank you to my guest this evening, arroyootje, and I hope you shall be able to join me again soon when my guests will include nickrooster, SE-Naz, voda_jon, and Esato veteran, Buckle247.

I wish I was there for this "Greek" War... I don't even know what it was about! (I can guess)

Well done arroyootje!
