At first glance, I really thought u were holding a cable in this picture !
The white balance isnt proper in that last picture.
btw in ur office,do u also sit with ur hands on ur head like that fellow in front of ur desk ?

yeah I am still learning the best settings for each situation
There is no white balance as such but you can choose between different lighting conditions: Automatic, Sunny, Cloudy, Indoor (home), Indoor (office), Night.
you can also choose various exposure settings
here are a couple more pics with different settings.

hmm... these have a reddish tinge to them quite opposite to nokia's bluish tinge.
Post a pic in night mode when can (taken in the dark, of course )

ok will do. I think I prefer the first pic I did (on automatic settings) even though there is that white balance problem.
to be honest I take more pics for threads like this than I do for anything else as I always have my Sony T1 5MP camera with me so use that for normal pics and the phone only if I actually want to email a pic at that moment

Oh Bugger
Was still cheaper than Carphone Warehouse (£550 sim free) and the O2 shop (£455)
Ah well. Its here now. Think my P900 is going to have to go which will leave me with my S700i and V3
Whats got me stumped is how do you view only the numbers stored on the phone. I've copied all the numbers from my sim card across to the phone but in the phonebook it shows the phone and sim numbers together. I have tried the different viewing options under the setup option in the phonebook but nothing. The instructions are a waste of time as well.
Another thing thats going to annoy is the ammount of cleaning its going to need as fingerprints are easy to leave

You cant view "just the phone's" phonebook. So i copied them onto the phone, and deleted them onto my sim. Also you cant delete all the phonebook entries in one go should you need to.
Only downfall so far in an otherwise superb phone!

name me a phone these days that doesn't need some cleaning
yeah I wondered why there was no option to only view sim card or only view internal phonebook entries but I have got around that because all the outlook entries I sync with the phone have a category of "phone" and in the V3 you can choose to view only a specific category thus excluding the sim card entries

So i could make a catagory that has the numbers from the sim eg general. then put the phonebook numbers in another catagory and if i choose the catagory to view as the phonebook then the sim numbers won't show. Could this work ? I hope i've explained myself right.
