This is a competition with a difference. We don't choose the prize - you do. Here's how it works.

1. Suggest it
To start with, we want you to give us your suggestions for how you would spend your perfect day. It might be action-packed or laid back, whatever you prefer. Tell us where you'd go, what you'd do and why it would be so great. Send it to us with your contact details. We'll then pick the best 5 and put them together to form the 5-day trip of a lifetime. And that's the prize. If your suggestion is one of the days we choose as the prize, you could win a brand new Sony Ericsson K500i camera-phone.You can enter as many perfect days as you like, and the more times you enter, the better chance you have of winning that camera-phone! If you need inspiration, take a look at the Wish List of other people's suggestions, or see what some MTV celebrities and bands would do.

2. Guess it
In November, once we've read everyone's suggestions, we'll pick five of the best and put together that unforgettable 5-day prize. But we're not just going to tell you what the prize is - that'd be too easy. Instead, you’ll have to piece it together from a shortlist. You are the winner if you combine all or most days correctly. If there is another participant with the same result, we’ll then ask you to suggest a sixth day and the person with the most creative answer, as decided by our judges, will be our winner.

3. Live it
The winner of the prize draw will be announced in January and the trip will take place between 8 and 24 January 2005. You'll have an MTV camera crew with you to ensure all your most brilliant and most embarrassing moments are captured on camera!
