I think this is just the K500 for the asian market with different housing. At least the specs read the same. Not exactly a low end phone I think |

sony ericsson today announced the t290, which is nothing more than a black version of the t230.

the t290 looks really cool.
the only bad thing about the t230 as a low end phone is only 4k screen. if they make it 65k, it'd be good.
apart from connectivity issues.

Obviously there was nothing interesting released on Mobile Focus, SE did release these two new low end handsets on 25th in Beijing though,

You are right Chungagoring, they have been released. The sony ericsson j200, and the t290. the t290 has more memory, loudspeaker etc. than t230, and the j200 is slightly better.
