Hi.
Ok, basically I got my z1010 today, and have put in my three pay monthly sim, all works fine. I'm just wondering how do i access the three content? and how do i set the phone's internet accounts up?
Seems like there is no configurators online or anything like that.
I have my old 3 phone, so maybe I will be able to transfer settings from that, will have to try when the phone is fully charged... Has anyone got any idea's though? And where would i go to access 3 services? ie. there is nowhere in the menu...
thanks for any help, it will be much appreciated.
EDIT: THANKYOU!

Ok what I will ask you is to change the header topic and name it somethings like 3's Z1010 Settings...for anyone else that might have the same question. Enjoy your Z1010..
Since 3 has pulled the browser down I have decided to post the manual url for all those that need to enter them and save them as favourites.

Oh,
I just tried to get onto the sony ericsson WAP site and couldn't, it gives me a communication error.
any idea why that is? I seem to be able to browse all the three services fine though...

Simple reason...3 does not allow you to access outside wap sites at the moment. They will soon be opening that up so expect to see the feature as soon as the other providers kick in with 3G.
I hope everything else is workin cool...
Just got a text message from Three earlier...you will now be able to send MMS to all of the UK networks...finally..

hello everybody,
i have just tried to apply those settings (but i've replaced v800 with z1010 in the address string ) on an unlocked v800 (which has been unlocked officially in a Vodafone store at the point of purchase) but unfortunately it is not working, has anybody tried this before?
Strange thing is that it seems to connect to today on 3 cause it says "loading" but then it stops and says "Saved in Pictures on memory Stick Use now?" .....and when i go to see the picture in the memory stick there is the News banner from today on 3.
Even more stranger if i replace the word v800 with LG it loads today on 3 but i cannot select any item on it....please help

@3GV800 Yeah you quite right the problem is "3" makes different browser settings for different phones, we had to wait a little while for the Z1010 settings so I would not expect it to work anytime soon. I will say give it a try with a couple of the other 3 phone settings ie the new nec etc you might be lucky.
P.s have you managed to get the video calling working on the V800? |

Thanks a lot Themarques, your settings for the Z1010 have been really useful anyway cause i've managed to get on Today on Three and to see the list of services although most times it cannot download anything or if i manage to download something i get an error message before saying that the phone does not support this format or simply it says that the item is unavailable. It looks like as if cannot support the format and it does not give me the option to stream it...
The handset is really nice, although the branding is a bit annoying, looking forward to Three's official release. I have been a lot impressed with the MotoE1000 on Three, had a chance to play a lot with it today, tried to put one MP3 on it and sent it via bluetooth from the v800 to the e1000 and although it sounded a bit better on the v800 (slightly more bassy) i thought the e1000 was excellent....still prefer the V800 also because i can upgrade it with up to 1Gb with the memory stick duo and i am a big SonyEricsson fan.
Sorrry to hassle you, but do you know what is the string for some Nec handsets?
Cheers mate

Hello mate,
sorry if i reply so late, but i've been away for a few days
I had no luck with the MMS settings
I've given the phone back to Vodafone before the 14DMBG although i really liked it but it was more of a test for me,. maybe i'll get it again in the future if it comes out with Three

gör så här istället gå in på www.tre.se och gå in på tjänster där hittar di internet inställningar och du skriver in ditt mobil nr och dom skickar alla inställningar till dig.... så är det bara och trycka på OK |
