Samsung Electronics is reportedly to launch 5-megapixel camera phones realizing the same resolution as high-tech digital cameras, reports Telecoms Korea
"A company official said Friday, “It is premature to reveal a specific time table, but the plan is to bring out 5-megapixel camera phones by the end of this year. Nobody is sure about whether it will be the worlds first or not."

Does the fone has bt? Or at least the irda is compatible with other fones? Couldnt send or rec anything to/from e800 and 630.

I very much doubt the OP is going to know if it has bt bobafett, it doesn't sound like the samsung people even know what it has by the quote that was given.

Indeed, they still have much learn. Mainly, that a cam isnt the most important feature of a fone, even the e8 can make nice pix.

More on the 5-Million Pixel Camera Phone............
Samsung Electronics expects to market its 5-million pixel camera phone sometime at the end of this month, beating out rival companies in the camera phone industry, such as Casio, reports Digital Chosunilbo.
"According to inside sources on Friday, Samsung Electronics recently finished the production of its 5-million pixel camera phone, which will hit the market before the end of the month. Until now, Samsung had yielded top spot in the market to Japanese companies, like Casio.
Samsung Electronics was behind in market competitiveness when it produced its 3-million pixel camera phone in mid-July, a month after Casio. The unveiling of this new model by Samsung will likely heat up competition among the Big Three: Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics and Pantech & Curitel. "
