i have done some research for best prices and have found this (UK only)
t39 - best price

ok cheaper line rental although no free minutes but hte calls are cheap
t68m best deal

note Talk 200 & OVP Tariffs because you can get the orange equivalent tariff of Vodafone business only £14 a mon th again no free calls but call charges are cheap
so t68m for £19.99 on a £14 a month tariff not bad eh?

you can now get a samsung t100 for £299.99 on O2 pay as you go at the link
and you can get a ercission t68 for £39.99 on orange OVP O2 business tariff which costs £14 a month and includes free insurance
