sorry for asking a stupid question but what is smartmovie,is it a converter or decoder or is it something else,people go on about it and know where to download i jus t dont know what it is

i download smartmovie to my phone and it let me download avp i opened smartmovie and opened avp and it come up
error
no codec for video format,
DX50,
download codecs from
www.lonelycatgames.com/mobile/smartmovie.
but i have downloaded the codes
whats going wrong?? is there another link or something else i have to download?

Did you download and install the Symbian UIQ codec (30 KB zip file) on to your phone
