I use Spybot and Ad-Aware to remove spyware. However, they don't remove all of them so I've manually removed some.

At the moment I am worried about key loggers. Does anyone know if Spybot removes key loggers? Is there a good free software that removes key loggers???

Thanks!

I commonly manually remove in c:\windows\iexplore.exe
(the real iexplore lives in c:\program files\inrenet explorer

@wapchip, I'd add to always load regedit 1st and export your registry to a file before you do ANYTHING.
(Start -> Run -> regedit -> File -> Export)

For loads of programs u can download to deal with various things from spyware to trojan horses click HERE
(loads of great free programs)

i would recommend "HiJack this" it produces a list of all registry keys and stuff...u can then post them on that same site (in the foums section) and a expert will help u out and tell u what to delete.

That site is great... it help me get rid of all the spyware on my comp that adaware missed!
