Can anyone tell me what the difference between the 10 & 20 actually is, and although the 20 is only for the t68i will it work with my t68m converted to t68i?

I can answer to the 2nd question.It works find with converted t68.

mca-10 points towards you, no viewfinder, can only save 5 pictures to the cam, MUST send by e-mail, 320x288 max resolution, shitty pictures (in my experience)

mca-20 points away from you, viewfinder, aprox. 1mb internal memory, can store 14-200 pictures, can save to phone and then send by ir/bt/mms/e-mail, good pictures (80x60 -> 640x480 resolution)

Why SE is not releasing a new PC software which will give us the option to download pics from the t68i to the PC via cable? why in mypicture we can do it with a T65 and not with a T68i????

Thanks for that, however does the mca20 look a bit daft with the grey t68? as it is blue like the t68i isnt it? also does anyone know where I can get one in the UK? apart from sony ericsson that is as i think they have sold out?

Yeah save your money for a P800, same spec camera as the mca-20 I believe.
