you can easily upload mp3 files to a T610 by changing the file extension from mp3 to mid........that way you can send it through bluetooth or ir but i havent figured out how to play these files yet...... maybe an upgrade in software or something..........
1 more thing..... how come on a T226 you can record music and use it as a ringtone having sound and voice but on the T610 you cant do that... |

you can always cut down an mp3 to a few seconds and then have it around 100kb........ i posted this information to see what people can do with it....... maybe upgrade of software....... because converted mp3 files work on other phones with polyphonic........ verizon's latest LG phone....... its just that software wise.... the T610 doesnt support voice tracks.............the older T226 can record a sound and use it as a ringtone having the mp3 quality of newer phones |

Oye! T610 is the ultimate phone
it doesn`t matter if it does not play mp3`s, doesn`t have amr as ringtones, can`t record video, have only 2mb , doesn`t have a VGA camera , still T610 is the best |

But these are not really phones, with all Symbian-SmartPhone stuff. Comparing them with normal phones is not so fair.
I want to hold a real phone in my hands, with solid firmware and who does its job. In that case, I can say T6x0 phones are the best models among their direct rivals. |
