On my Z600 with bluetooth turned on it uses slightly more battery. But not that noticable. I would say there is no big impact. I was positively surprised.

Allright! So I can freely keep it always on... About what range is the caption? Is it more or less than it's said on the manual?

When its on it uses a tiny bit more power yes. If its on but idle you wont notice the difference.
However, if its on and you're searching or sending things to other phones constantly the battery starts taking a beating. Then expect a full charge to last one full day instead of 2-3.

In my experience, bluetooth when turned on will slight lessen the battery life, but when we used is for transferring data then the battery will soon be over.. |
