the above app does have some functionality in K700 not just phones with an open file system....
Likewise with tequilacat bookreader. Both are much better for reading long documents (page search, bookmarking etc) than the mms trick. Both bookreaders and the mms trick are both valid tools for the K700, each addressing different uses.

I use the mms trick to create/edit text documents when I don't have access to a PC. Then send the resulting txt file to a PC. So far I've made referral letters, email drafts, essays, etc using the mms trick.
Mms trick is for editing. Tequilacat Bookreader is for heavy-duty reading. They're complementary, not competing. |

Both really expand the usability of the K700. Dare I say, they give it some functionality normally only assigned to smartphones?
