Hi all

Noticed that some posters have a message showing that there message was posted by a WAP device or the phone name. I would like it to say if i posted from my P900 or K700 etc. How do u do this?

Sorry if this is a repeat question but searching brings up so many threads to search :S

Thanks

You don't have to do anything. If you are posting from a wap device the message comes automatically. Except when you are using opera on the P900 i guess. Can anyone tell me why Esato isn't recognising my T230?

If you post it using opera, the message doesn't come.

Each individual type of phone has a recognition code when replies are posted through WAP. As you might have noticed replies made from K700s' came up as "Psted from a WAP device" til just a few days ago. Laffen has added the code from the K700 to the settings of Esato so now it comes up as "Posted from a K700". I guess he just hasn't come around to add the code for the T230 yet.

As I said above; the K700 is now coming up as "posted from a K700" when poste through WAP.

Posting from your P900 using the internet setup in the phone you need to log in through http://wap.esato.com/ If you use http://mobile.esato.com as I am now on my lap top replies comes up as if they were posted from an ordernary computer through www.esato.com
