I had the mobile phone but was hit by the pickpocket, I wanted to kill the pickpocket by means of my mobile phone could not be used, how him?
He said with blocked IMEI or removed then the mobile phone could not be used although still new |

Phone up your network and tell them the phone's stolen - they should then block it so it's useless to the thief, except for spare parts! Let the police know as well, you never know, they may actually catch the bugger!
