I am using a 6610 now and i feel that except for the ir and screen the t230 has everything this phone has. The T230 also supports amr eller which this doesnt.

Menu speed is ok but the t230 fares good here too. I have only 630 kb of free memory. I have no idea how much memory this phone has. Anybody out there knows ?

Battery performance is good better than the t230. But that doesnt make it a bad phone. Remember that the 6610 costs almost double that of the t230 here in india

I beg to disagree too. Nokia 6610 is far much better with that of SE T230 . . . FM Radio, Infra Red device etc. |

FM radio you need a headset to listen to. So does it matter whether the phone needs an in built radio ? The 230 also can have a radio if we connect a proper headset. And remember the little 230 has more memory. The ir is a bad miss though.

6610 shortcomings: 1. No status bar when downloading stuff. 2. No Amr format. 3. Slower wap. 4. Screen flicker. 5. T9 input slower. 6. No option to add words in dictionary.
