Do not if you call this a trick but have been using t610 as a torch. I use an all white theme. The screen chucks out so much light. I've just come back from Thailand (staying on some islands) and at night I was able to just use my phone instead of taking my torch with me as well. Not a Maglite for sure, but for getting along some dark paths, worked great!

I use it frequently for that purpose as well..

The mpf 10 flash is better for that purpose.

The flash is a great thing aswell, but i do like the torch, especially cos of the blue light ( remembers me on /// )

before i got my mpf 10, i used my p900 with a white theme too. some camcorders use the rotating lcd for light ;-)

yes it's possible I've been using like a torch t610, t68i [it was in past],
pda toshiba 740 bt.Everything is good like a torch but I decided to buy a torch.
Why.Because a torch is a torch and a fone is a :fone:

Sometimes phone can be torch... Even if you pour a little bit of petrol on it. Nokia is the best candidate!

I donīt think so, blokia 3310 or 3510i would be the best torches all over the world, Iīve said many times, that I hate this two phones, and imagine how longlasting flame would it be!
no cellphone...

The K700 has the best light ive seen

its supposed to be for the camera but it lights up my whole room so i can wander around and 3am as if it was almost day

The blue torch is ideal when I've entered the cinema late and I need a bit more light to find a seat. It is not as disturbing to the other patrons as using the white screen as a torch, but certainly adds to my safety ascending or descending the stairs. (Especially during a popcorn or loo run).

its funny cos the blokia 1100 comes with an inbuilt torch.
how come se never thought abt it?
maybe cos se users are bright themselves?
