I know this has been posted before, but what I want to know is, do I HAVE to Sandpaper everything?? Wouldnt the paint hold without??

Yes you do have to sand down everthing you are going to paint.
MixiN did an exellent job with his phone. He sanded and put on a base coat tonmake sure the paint didn't come off.
I did it a bit different, or easier if I may say; I sanded lightly with wet sanding paper under running wather, dryed it off with a paper towel, left it to dry for a coupple of houres, spray painted it once, sanded it a wee bit again under running wather, dryed it off and did the finishing coat with hi gloss black spray paint. Glued back on what was glued and clicked back on what was clicked on. Gave it a polish with a fine wool cloth and ended up with a slick, piano gloss black P800.
The paint has got a few scratches now after a few months use (I'm not really as carefull as I should have been with it...) but none of the original ble shines through anywhere on the phone.
