I was looking through the phpbb databases and what administrative rights you have. It's pretty cool what you can do.
Be a mini god on you own website.
Personally, I don't think I could tolerate my own php forum. Looks like to much work. A wapsite is enough

i remember someone else got one a year or so ago. i cant remember if he was greek or slagging off greek people it went on for a while and i noticed that a similar avator was added then i think he was barred from the site as i remeber he got quite offensive to lots of people and i am sure he was offering to fight people. quite how he planned to do this i dont know |

There has been a few people with these special avatars so I believe. I have always thought that giving people special avatars as a reward would be a jolly good idea, if they are used as a punishment why not as a reward?
