Look at the screen! Wonder what they would say if we asked them what influenced them to make it? |

It's a copy of t610, look at the silver back and glossy black!! not to mention the menu...

I think its only the colours used that makes it look similar

Yes but it's also the same square design, even the speaker is the same!! (when you look at it above the screen it looks like a t610 that has a SHARP logo in the place of se)

I agree - but its still a nice phone and it is different with the slidefunction to open the keypad.
The phone sports a nice biiiiig TFT screen, vga cam, videorecording, 40 polys. I dont mind them having had a litle looksy on the T610 when designing the phone - after all that was a nice design

The materials are also similar. It is a blatant copy.
Have u seen one up close though!
They're bigger than u'd think. Same length as T610 when buttons are slid shut, longer than P9 when open AND it's almost as wide!!
They do not look nice in real.

like I said in another post, it looks like a cross between t610 and s700. |

I don't see any similarity to the S700. I think it's more like a 7650 that's trying to look like a T610!

It clearly looks like a T610 but not really like the T630.

There's a picture of it somewhere with a camera application open. Sorry, I forgot where. you have to hold it in landscape position same as s700. that button layout on the top half is also S700 as well as the TFT screen with 262K colors. |
