Olivetree.com provides excellent free bibles and readers. But unfortunately, they are for the Palm or PocketPC platform. For our symbian P800/900, the only free way to go is to first download a html base bible. You should be able to find some free over google search engine or cnet.com/downloads. After that, get the mobipocket reader (it is free at www.mobipocket.com). With the reader, you should be able to read the html bible.

For me, I obtain the mobipocket reader and then purchase the KJV bible e-book from handago. It is cheaper - USD 5.00. Definitely works better than the html way. I can choose to go to the old or new testament first. From there, all the books are clickable with chapters and verses following on. You can even do a search for key words for the entire bible. I believe there are other versions of the bible available besides the KJV. I'm used to the KJV, so I am happy with what I have.

Hope this helps.
