Alright I've gone from Brushed Metal to Anodized style.

is ther a thread with painted phones in and guides and stuf because i want to paint mine but want ideas and wot paint to use as i dont want it to go chipping off with in a day of use

someone asked on this section how people paint their phones and I gave details there.

This time all I did was buy metallic enamel spray paint.

Took the peices and left them overnight in paint thinner (to make sure it's clean)

Dried it.

Then painted it using even sprays.

Three coats minimum.

Left it to dry for 3 days. (between coats leave to dry for at least 12 hours)

To make it look super shiny as if with a plastic coat (not anodized) use a clear enamel over it.

Also you dont need a top coat for some sprays, so make sure.

That's all.

When the phone is finished drying I'll post it with the SE logo, and the front side (although I left the earpeice blue since I'm afraid of any greyness rubbing off on my ear lol, but that's still unlikely i'm just being safe).

and due to the top coat, at certain light and angle it looks chromish..
