Need help with Philips Camcorder installation. |

Hi, me again 
I need some help with installing Philips camcorder 1.2. When I launch the installation it says that it can't install the app because ECamCompatibility is not set up or present. Why is that? What can I do about it?

from all the previous times this was asked I believe a simple firmware upgrade will give you that compatibility
edit: indeed the requirements say
Requirements
The 3GPP Philips Camcoder for SonyEricsson P800 software requires the Organiser CXC162001 R2A14 firmware (or later).

only the P900 has home update capability, you will need to go to a service centre
