Go to portal of your operator and look if there is an option send mms

Just find an E-mail account that supports POP3 access and use E-mail on your phone...
You can set it up to auto-check your E-Mail every few minutes...just do that and it will act somewhat like MMS. (Just be aware of GPRS charges)
