Hi

I've recently got a P900 and am finding the data side of things a bit confusing.. In the connections tab in control panel there are different connection types such as Vodafone GPRS, Vodafone GPRS-WEB, Vodafone GPRS-WAP, Vodafone GPRS-GPRS....Are they all really necessary? Which is the right one to use? I have the internet working on Voda GPRS, BUT I'd like to know what connection is the correct one (or cheapest).

I'm having problems with my e-mail too..I managed to receive the welcome e-mail from vodafone.net but I can't send any out. I went to the local store but they all seemed rather clueless.. Does anyone know a help line number to call for problems like this? (I'm on anytime 400 btw).

I'm pretty sure I have all the settings correct...login names, passwords etc... I know I'm probably missing something, but can't figure out what

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks
Regards
Jon

They arent realy necceseary but some is for wap, gprs and/or mms. I dont think any of the conection setup is cheaper to use then the other. So if it is working fine the way you have it i dont think you should bother.

Well I went to Vodafone shop...They didn't seem to have a clue and advised me to ring 196 and have them talk me through it....I rang them...And guess what...they were even more clueless than the shop ffs!!

There are so many accounts set up on my phone now it's a joke... Somewhere along the line Vodafone GPRS-WEB got deleted and I've just been told that is what I should be using and now it's gone..Can't get it back.

I'm not a NooB when it comes to setting up internet accounts..All the info is there on the phone but it ain't working.... I'm going to take it back to the shop and see if anyone else there knows how to set it up properly or if there is a fault some how..
