here's something i experienced when charging my T68mi's batt:
1. charging while phone is off -- full charge gives me 290hrs
2. after full charge when phone is on, i turn phone off while phone is still connected to charger -- full charge then gives me 349hrs.
weird eh?  |

Mine sometimes says 390hr standby;earlier today it said 11hrs 11min talktime,wow!! And i always take it off charge straight after it's charged up,but then it changes rapidly after a few calls or so. |

it seems that it is better to charge your phone on than off... well when its on it says optimized charging when its off it says charging only... is that the difference why?

Im about to buy a new battery for my t68ie whats the best way to condition it?. Should I charge the battery before using it at all?, and how long should the initial charge be for?.

they said that you need not drain your battery to charge it... just use your cellphone often and it will increase its battery life...

hi! my battery is Li-Polymer, and it lasts about 2 1/2 days, do have any suggestion how it will last longer? Charging takes around 3 hrs....not fully drained only till it beeps for low batt then automatically shuts off. (but if you turn it on it still does) So any suggestions?

All the info spread over 4 pages made me quite confused.....so the final verdict is to use till low levels b4 charging, for fear of memory effect..........or to constantly keep it topped up?
Currently, i'm using the 1st 'method' , bcos it seems to be more popular
