I need help completing vc i hv done 61% found all packages and have done 11 rampages wat else shud i do to unlock it more

i cant seem to complete the f**kin dancing mission in GTA san andreas, y the hell do they have dancin in a shootin game??? help me
when shud i press the arrows? i am usually early or late n never on time.

u can only go in2 very few shop but wen u do find them u just walk up 2 the counter lock on to the person behind the counter then money appers on the counter BUT the longer u hold the shop up the more police u will get waiting outside 4 u!lol |

Umm, you press the key when it enters the yellow circle.
They're very easy - im suprised anyone fails them.
